Donation Door Lead - Lehigh Acres

Full time – Located in Lehigh Acres, based in Fort Myers, Florida.

Oversee the Donation Door area in its entirety, including operating a forklift, assisting Donation Door Attendants with the receipt, recording, sorting of donations, and effectively processing through the Kaizen system. Full compliance with Kaizen guidelines/principles as outlined in the audit and 5‑minute drills. Other duties include processing, cleaning, customer service, building fixtures/equipment, and any other tasks instructed by your immediate supervisor.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Some past experience in retail and/or stock handling.

• Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack and other equipment.
• Effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Sufficient mobility to turn from side to side, lean, kneel or bend and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to see and recognize colors.
• Basic math skills.
• Lift at least forty (40) pounds frequently; occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
• May have to work in fluctuating temperatures and climate.
