As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you’ll help Walmart stores showcase client brands by driving product availability and merchandising initiatives. Your efforts will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the world’s largest retailers.

• Flexible Monday‑Friday schedule
• Merchendising brands you know and love across various categories
• Variety in daily tasks to avoid routine monotony
• Independence in your day‑to‑day work
• Training and certification from industry experts

• Locate merchandise in Walmart backrooms to place products on the sales floor
• Stock and pack products to ensure shoppers can find what they need
• Front‑face products to maintain attractive shelf displays
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store
• Install and place promotional materials as per instructions to highlight client products
• Build displays to showcase client products as needed
• Answer simple step‑by‑step questions using Premium’s field technology on your mobile device while completing work
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success
• Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart stores
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to complete tasks efficiently
• Communicate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text

• Own your assigned store(s) and build strong relationships with Walmart staff
• Enjoy working independently while recognizing your role as an extension of the Walmart family
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Premium team members
• Leverage support and share best practices with the Premium Walmart team nationwide through closed social media groups and other communication channels
• Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for assistance with in‑store challenges
• Complete work within the provided timeframe
• Follow detailed instructions closely to avoid errors
• Be at least 18 years of age or older
• Be able to lift up to 50 lb
• Report your work the same day you complete it

• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations in your area
• A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos
