• Follow up on sales leads in the field and close at or above company expectations.
• Contact current and prospective customers to sell and explain services.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through consistent ethical behavior and excellent communication skills.
• Self‑generate leads when qualified leads are not provided.
• Generate an expected amount of revenue per week, as defined in branch sales goals.
• Plan daily activity to maximize the number of leads worked.
• Meet with all assigned prospects via door knocking each day.
• Complete all Home Team assigned training.
• Follow up with customers to close the sale, answer questions, and explain services and warranties.
• Provide appropriate paperwork to support all sales—paperwork is complete, timely, neat, legible, and accurate.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Maintain relationship with builder personnel and communicate any updates or changes.
• Restock sales vehicle to ensure all necessary marketing agreements and POS are available for daily use.
• Present a professional image to the customer through a clean uniform and proper self‑hygiene.

• Part‑time, 14.00 hour starting up to $15.00 plus commission.

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No experience required—training will be provided.
