Foreman Telecom Underground

At Lambert's Cable, as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are followed.

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Assist in training crew members
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA/DOT regulations
• Assist supervisor with day‑to‑day activities
• Communicate with property owners about work and resolve issues
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery
• Work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with relevant work experience (preferred)
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous foreman experience preferred

• Work alone in remote locations, confined spaces, lifting >55 lb, operating heavy machinery
• Occasional ladder, keyboard, mouse use
