We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial and industrial environments. This includes new builds, remodels, and tenant improvement projects. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, blueprint reading, and job site safety.

• Install, inspect, and test commercial plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Lay out and install piping systems using appropriate tools and techniques (copper, PVC, cast iron, PEX, etc.).
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues in existing commercial plumbing systems.
• Adhere strictly to local and state plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Assist in training and mentoring apprentices as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable experience in commercial plumbing.
• Valid Florida plumbing license preferred (or working toward licensure).
• Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of Florida plumbing code and OSHA safety standards.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience with medical gas systems, grease interceptors, or backflow prevention.
