Accountant, Financial Reporting, Staff Accountant

We are currently seeking a competent Accountant for a 3-month fixed-term contract for this growing multi academy trust. This role is primarily focused on processing PS Financials, managing journal entries, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and providing essential general finance support.

The successful Accountant will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day operations. As this role is more operational in nature, we are seeking candidates who demonstrate attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to their work.

The Accountant will bring:

* Experience with PS Financials is essential

* Solid understanding of transactional accounting and journal processing

* Proficiency in balance sheet reconciliations and financial data analysis
