What you'll do at workAs a Business Administration Apprentice, your typical day involves supporting various administrative tasks within the company. You'll:
- Assist with organising and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring documents are organised and accessible
- Prepare reports, and other documents as required by the team
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management tasks
- Provide general administrative support to colleagues, such as photocopying and filing
- Collaborate with team members on special projects or initiatives as needed
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in business administration
- Assist in the booking and organisation of school trips
Your day as an apprentice will be varied and dynamic, offering valuable opportunities to develop your administrative skills while contributing to the efficiency and success of the school.

Requirements Essential qualifications- GCSE in:
- English (grade 4 or above)
- Maths (grade 4 or above)

About this employerInglehurst Junior School - We are a medium-sized junior school for children aged 7-11 in inner-city Leicester, serving a rich and diverse community.
