Bournemouth (Onsite) - BH7 7DW

Rate: £22.00/hr (Mon-Fri) | £27.00/hr (Saturday) | £30.00/hr (Sunday)

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends may be required)

Start: ASAP

Duration:
Up to 3 months (likely extension subject to service needs)

• Manage and coordinate bank/temporary staffing bookings to meet service demand
• Use Health Roster to manage rosters, bookings, and staffing requirements
• Use ESR for workforce administration and staff records
• Liaise with managers, bank staff and internal stakeholders to ensure shifts are filled
• Ensure compliance and accurate records are maintained

• Proven NHS temporary staffing / bank office experience
• Strong working knowledge of Health Roster (Allocate)
• Confident using ESR (Electronic Staff Record)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
• Able to work onsite in Bournemouth (BH7 7DW
  ) and deliver at pace

• Weekday: £22.00 per hour
• Saturday: £27.00 per hour
• Sunday: £30.00 per hour
