We are seeking an experienced Administrator who has worked with Xero bookkeeping or a similar accounting package such as Sage for our client based in Rochester.
To start with, it will be 2 x 5 hour shift, this can be during school hours if you are a mum/dad who needs to drop and pickup children from school then this would be a great opportunity for you.
When the company gets a little busier then days/hours will increase.
Our client is seeking someone who is well organised with admin experience.
Have also done:
- Have done accounts,
- Processing orders,
- making sure the orders are sent out and invoice are raised.
- Chasing payment
Person requirement:
- A good communicator
- Well organised
- Team worker
- Polite and engaging and not scared to pick up the phone to talk.
