Supply Chain Coordinator

Leicester | Full-time | On-site

Monday to Friday office hours 9.00am to 5.00pm

£25,000.00 to £28,000.00 Per Annum

We're now looking for a detail-focused Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing

Input and maintain accurate data across systems and spreadsheets as a Supply Chain Coordinator
Validate, check, and update records to ensure consistency
Process orders, documents, and internal requests efficiently as a Supply Chain Coordinator
Prepare simple reports and summaries for management
Maintain well-organised electronic and paper filing systems
Handle emails, phone calls, and general administrative tasks as a Supply Chain Coordinator
Support multiple departments with day‑to‑day administration
Assist with document preparation, printing, scanning, and filing
Follow company procedures and keep all records compliant as a Supply Chain Coordinator
Undertake any other general office duties as required

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role or Supply Chain Coordinator
Exceptionally strong attention to detail, especially with data as Supply Chain Coordinator
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Comfortable using databases and internal systems
Well-organised with strong task‑prioritisation skills as a Supply Chain Coordinator
Effective written and verbal communication skills as a Supply Chain Coordinator
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment as a Supply Chain Coordinator
