We are seeking an organised and proactive administrator to join Vantage Tax Fee Protect at our Leicester office, supporting our network of accountancy clients. This is a varied role combining administrative duties with marketing coordination. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day administrative processes, maintain accurate communications and records, and support the planning and delivery of both hard copy and email marketing campaigns.
The position plays a key role in ensuring our client communications and marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently, professionally and to a high standard, contributing directly to the continued growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Be first point of contact for incoming calls, directing the call and recording the details on the internal database.
- To complete the sales administration process for both new and renewing clients.
- On board clients including system set up, Welcome Pack and Policy Document issue as well as other scheme documentation processing.
- Prioritise, organise and plan workload to meet mailing deadlines.
- Liaising directly with VTFP accountancy clients and account managers with a view to completing all administrative duties in respect of Vantage scheme mailings.
- Preparing and cleansing data in Excel format, along with the preparation of the associated marketing templates.
- Running mail merges, the printing and issue of physical mail shots, creating email campaigns and managing email shots.
- Proofreading mailings and checking content is accurate, feeding back any inconsistencies to the team.
- Provide general marketing support to Business Development Managers.
- Deal with general customer calls, emails and queries.
- Leaflet generation and ordering.
- Build of Webshops for client to purchase online.
- Work effectively and efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Mailchimp.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Hybrid working three days in the office and two days at home, upon completion of probation.
