Job Overview
The Business Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the day‑to‑day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing and processing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a background in accounting, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage day‑to‑day office operations.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Assist with preparing fee proposals, collating reports, and general project administration duties.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, equipment, consumables, and facilities to ensure a well‑functioning work environment.
- Coordinate company events and meetings.
- Monitor and action incoming mail to the office email account.
- Data entry and management on the document management system (Deltek PIM) (training will be provided).
- Assist with the client account and process invoices for payment.
- BSc/BSc (Hons) Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in business administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business management and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Strong customer service orientation.
