Front Desk Receptionist - Luxury Retail Environment Leicester Up to 37,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:45pm (1-2 Saturdays per month)

We're seeking an impeccably presented and highly organised Front Desk Receptionist to join a world-class luxury retail showroom in Leicester. This is a front-of-house role where poise, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and suppliers ensuring every experience begins with excellence.
As the welcoming presence of the showroom, you'll manage front-of-house operations with confidence, discretion, and efficiency. This is a key position that combines client-facing service, administrative precision, and an awareness of security and presentation standards expected in a luxury environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and suppliers with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinating guest access and ensuring a secure, seamless entry experience
- Managing incoming calls and enquiries with an articulate, polished manner
- Liaising with a central switchboard to handle client communications efficiently
- Maintaining visitor records and overseeing deliveries, post, and stationery orders
- Providing general administrative and office support to ensure front-of-house runs effortlessly
- Supporting showroom operations and maintaining the highest presentation standards
You take pride in presentation, professionalism, and precision. Calm and composed, you handle multiple priorities gracefully while delivering an impeccable client experience.
You will bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A well-spoken, confident, and polished manner
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proven experience in a reception, concierge, or front-of-house role - ideally within luxury retail, hospitality, or a corporate environment
- A natural sense of discretion and an understanding of high-value clientele expectations
- A proactive, dependable approach and pride in maintaining the highest standards
