We are on the hunt for a Shipping & Sales Administrator who can start a full‑time, permanent role within an export business in the Enderby area of Leicester.

This is an office‑based role working within a very small team and reporting directly to the MD.

Your typical responsibilities will include handling incoming calls from business customers who are requesting quotes, placing orders, coordinating shipments, directing calls, and providing sales support.

There will also be some clerical and administrative tasks including replying to the business mailbox, updating internal systems, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring orders are processed accurately — but nothing overly demanding.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is naturally organised, fully computer literate, confident, and friendly, with a keen eye for detail and an interest in both sales and logistics.

But what experience do you need?

At least 2 years Administration experience.

Full computer literacy

Experience in Shipping or Logistics is desirable but not essential
