Finance Administrator - Leicester (Hybrid)
The rewards
- £28,000 per annum
- Hybrid working — 2 days in office per week
- 6-month FTC
Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
The role of Finance Administrator:
- Managing member onboarding, user accounts, and system access support
- Maintaining and updating member, supplier, and branch records across internal systems
- Processing and verifying invoices and credit notes
- Verifying bank details, member information, and supplier records
- Maintaining operational records including member amendments and account updates
- Supporting suppliers with invoice enquiries and member-related requests
- Maintaining internal reporting systems and distributing daily operational and financial reports
The ideal Finance Administrator:
- Strong administration, finance, and data management skills
- Experience using ticketing and support management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Experience using ERP and financial management systems
