About The Role
As an NPD Administrator you will support the New Product Development team by keeping projects, data and documents organised. You will help to ensure all key information, samples, timelines and approvals are managed in a smooth and accurate way. Do you enjoy being the person that connects others? If so this role gives you that opportunity as you would be central to enabling good communication between chefs, technologists, commercial teams and suppliers.
As the NPD Administrator you will help the wider team move ideas from concept to launch by making sure everything is recorded, prepared and shared at the right time.
- Keep NPD project information, documents and trackers up to date across the full development process.
- Support with preparing Gate presentations, briefs and paperwork needed for key NPD meetings and reviews.
- Arrange samples, book in ingredients and coordinate logistics for kitchen sessions, tastings and customer meetings.
- Ensure all data and documents are stored correctly and shared with the right teams, following agreed processes
- Help monitor timelines and critical paths so tasks are completed on time.
- Communicate with internal teams such as Development Chefs, Technologists, Commercial, Technical and Planning to keep projects moving.
- Support with supplier information, forms and paperwork linked to feasibility assessments and approvals.
- Provide general admin support to the NPD team, including meeting notes, scheduling and managing shared inboxes or project boards.

- Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple tasks.
- Good attention to detail when recording data and updating documents.
- Clear communication skills and a friendly, collaborative approach.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and working with spreadsheets and tracking tools.
- Experience of working well with people across different teams, keeping information accurate and up to date.
- A positive attitude and interest in food development or project coordination.
