About the role

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to work for the Executive Support Group at the University of Leicester to support one or more senior University leaders. In this role you will use initiative and independent judgement to fulfil a wide range of support functions, including management of diaries, emails and correspondence, and minute‑taking and committee servicing, as required.

You will resolve issues to ensure an efficient, high‑level customer service is delivered at all times. This involves identifying gaps in information and providing relevant recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. You will adapt and improve current working practices to ensure the efficiency of the office as well as support the leaders in delivering their strategic objectives.
