IMH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Safeguarding Administration Manager for our client based in Leicester, LE3.This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised individual with strong administrative and managerial experience to support Children and Family Services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide efficient clerical, typing, and database support to the service
* Act as a key point of contact for the public, staff, and partner agencies
* Accurately input and manage data using internal systems
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documents
* Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and maintain filing systems
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and field staff
* Organise meetings, training events, and take minutes when required
* Manage office supplies, IT equipment, and procurement processes
* Maintain records, statistical data, and administrative systems
* Support financial processes including petty cash and invoices
* Ensure confidentiality in line with Data Protection regulations
* Provide team support and assist with general office dutiesRequirements
* Previous experience in administration within a safeguarding, social care, or similar environment
* Managerial or supervisory experience is essential
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Experience producing reports and managing records
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Confident, proactive, and flexible with a “can-do” attitude
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Literacy/Numeracy desirable

Hours & Pay:
* Monday to Friday (Hours discussed at interview) * £16.62 per hour.
* Weekly pay whilst through the agency!
