We currently have an exciting position as a Cost Office Administrator in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Leicester.

Who are we looking for as a Cost Office Administrator:

• You will have previous experience working as an Administrator or within a similar Administration role.
• Automotive experience / knowledge of vehicle servicing / parts would be a distinct advantage.
• Be IT literate with an eye for detail.
• A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate a flexible approach to work commitments to meet the demands of the job.

The Cost Office Administrator role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Organise the invoicing and returns of parts.
• Parts delivery Administration.
• Administration of Warranty returns.
• Manage databases across multiple industry-specific IT systems.
• Maintain vehicle files in line with company and legal requirements.

Working hours Monday to Friday 8:45am – 4:30pm
