I am currently working with a welcoming school in Leicester that is seeking a confident, organised, and proactive Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive school environment and make a real impact from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in procedures in line with safeguarding policies
Handling telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally
Maintaining pupil and staff records using systems such as SIMS, Arbor, and Microsoft Office
Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, filing, and record management
Assisting with printing, photocopying, and reprographics
Ensuring compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, and confidentiality procedures

What We're Looking For

Previous school administration experience
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Professional communication skills and a proactive approach
A reliable, adaptable, and positive attitude
