Perth Vets for Pets is seeking an experienced Head Receptionist for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You will oversee the reception team, manage admin duties, and uphold exceptional client service, acting as the link between clients and the clinical team.
You will conduct 1-to-1s, manage rotas and holidays, support payroll processes, and handle client complaints professionally while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations using our online booking system.
