The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join a specialist engineering business based in Leicester.

This varied role includes sales administration, aftermarket support, order processing, logistics, service coordination and marketing activities.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation of aftermarket quotations.
• Processing customer orders and confirming delivery dates.
• Ordering and monitoring spare parts and tooling.
• Liaising with purchasing and production teams regarding orders.
• Managing UK, US and EU spare-parts stock.
• Coordinating shipments and providing tracking information.
• Producing weekly order and delivery reports.
• Supporting service and installation planning.
• Updating service records and calibration certificates.
