Folly Lane Medical Centre is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide a high quality reception and administrative service to patients, doctors and staff. You will be the first point of contact, presenting the practice in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
Key duties include greeting patients, booking and amending appointments, handling urgent requests, updating the computerised system, processing payments and supporting the Practice Manager and Senior Receptionist.
