Personal Assistant – Finance & Wealth Management Salary:
Based on experience
As a well-established wealth management firm, Willday Wealth Management is seeking a highly organised and discreet Personal Assistant to support the Company Director. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism, particularly within the finance, investments, or private wealth sectors.
You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the Company Director’s schedule runs smoothly, and handling both business and personal matters with confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Professional assistant duties for the Company Director, including handling incoming phone calls on his behalf with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
- Managing complex calendars, coordinating internal and client-facing meetings, and tracking important deadlines
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and professional service providers,
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, investment summaries, presentations, and confidential business correspondence.
- Assist with compliance documentation and secure file management.
- Arrange domestic or international travel as needed, including obtaining visas, arranging transportation, and securing accommodations.
- Handle confidential and personal matters and ad hoc tasks for the Company Director, including running errands and event co-ordination.
- Maintain and manage databases, subscriptions, and memberships.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a full UK Driving License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional demeanor and ability to liaise with clients and senior stakeholders confidentially
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion, especially when working with high-net-worth individuals.
- Familiarity with financial terminology, compliance processes, or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, or an administrative support role in finance, investment, legal, or wealth management is highly desirable.
