Product Finance Assistant
We're currently looking for an exceptional Product Finance Assistant to join our team. The Finance Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Mattioli Woods Product team. This newly created position centralises the management and governance of provider fees, work that currently sits across multiple teams. The role would suit someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys process-driven work and wants to make a tangible impact on the efficiency and accuracy of our fee operations.
What we're looking for:Experience in a finance role, ideally as a Finance Assistant. A professional, approachable and clear communicator. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with data and processes. Comfortable using Microsoft Office;
Xplan experience would be a bonus. Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Confident working both as part of a team and independently when required.
Manage and validate regular fee processes, including fee files, statements and journals. Maintain fee codes and fee structures across systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Review fee reports and resolve queries with colleagues across CRMs, Finance, Investment Operations and Product Administration using Xplan. Complete assurance checks, support audits and keep clear documentation of fee activity. Identify opportunities to improve fee administration processes and reduce manual effort.
Carry out other relevant duties in line with the role and company policies.
