Temporary Housing Administratortosupportabusyteamwithabacklogofformertenantrechargecases .
Thisisavariedadministrativerolewhereyou'llworkcloselywithhousingcolleaguestohelpreviewformertenantaccounts,collatecaseinformation,supportdebtrecoveryassessmentsandassistwithrespondingtodisputes.
Key Responsibilities
Providingadministrativesupportrelatingtoformertenantrechargecases.
Workingwithhousingteamstogatherandmaintainaccuratecaseinformation.
Assistingwiththeassessmentofdebtrecoverycasesandtheproportionalityofcollectionactivity.
Collatingdocumentationandevidencetosupportresponsestodisputedcharges.
Maintainingaccuraterecordsandupdatinghousingmanagementsystems.
Supportingthewiderteamwithgeneraladministrativedutiesasrequired.
About You
Previousadministrationexperienceinabusyofficeenvironment.
Strongorganisationalskillsandexcellentattentiontodetail.
Confidentcommunicatingwithinternalstakeholdersandhandlingsensitiveinformation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications .
Previousexperiencewithinsocialhousing,localgovernmentorasimilarenvironmentwouldbeadvantageous.
