Business Support Administrator

Permanent part-time post supporting the Bassetlaw Rural Family Hub Network, part of Children & Families Services in Bassetlaw District. The work centres on welcoming families and young people into the hub buildings and giving administrative support to staff, including accurate data entry. The role is office-based across three days from Wednesday to Friday but involves travel between hub sites, so a full driving licence and your own car are required.

• Welcome families and young people into the hub buildings
• Provide administrative support to Children & Families Services staff
• Carry out a range of administrative duties
• Input data accurately
• Maintain confidentiality in line with GDPR
• Travel between hub sites as the work requires
• Use specialist service systems once trained

• Well organised and able to show initiative
• Flexible approach to changing work demands
• Problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Works well as part of a team
• Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams and Share Point

• Full driving licence
