💰 £26,500 - £30,000 Basic Salary

Are you passionate about customer service and have a genuine interest in the motor trade? Looking to build a long-term career within the automotive industry?

We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Trainee Automotive Service Advisor to join their busy, customer-focused aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who wants to step into the automotive sector — no previous motor trade experience required.

Working alongside an experienced Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience. The business operates with modern, fully digital systems and will be introducing new systems in April — making this an ideal time to join and train from the ground up.

• Delivering outstanding customer service in person, over the phone and via email
• Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance and repair
• Supporting the Service Advisor with daily workshop planning
• Raising invoices and assisting with administrative duties
• Moving vehicles on-site (full driving licence required)
• Assisting with general aftersales operations

• Strong customer service experience is essential (retail, hospitality, contact centre, etc.)
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn

• £26,500 - £30,000 basic salary
• Monday to Friday only - no weekends
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
