As a customer advisor you will be the key link between our customers and our technicians, guiding each customer through the Stellantis &You customer journey.

• Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy
• Propose and sell‑up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process
• Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group
• Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow‑up contact
• Estimate repair costs and times
• Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs
• Inform and update customers on progress or additional works needed
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments

• Requirement: A full valid UK driving licence is required for this role

Ideally we are looking for an experienced automotive Customer Advisor. But don’t worry if you have no automotive experience, a passion for customer service, strong organisation and communication skills, and a smile are the most important attributes as full training is available via our Performance Academy, with additional online and induction training.
