Our client, a reputable automotive dealership group in Leicester, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop team. Basic salary of £37,284, with an OTE of approximately £45,240 dependent on performance

Duties:

Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicles
Conduct diagnostic checks to identify faults and determine necessary repairs
Complete all workshop documentation accurately and efficiently
Support warranty and electronic Vehicle Health Check (eVHC) processes
Accurately complete job cards and digital workshop reports
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
Work collaboratively within the workshop team to meet productivity targets
Support the delivery of excellent customer service through technical expertise

Requirements:

NVQ/IMI Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
Proven experience as a Service Technician or Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent garage
Confidence in using diagnostic equipment
MOT Tester qualification is advantageous but not essential
Full UK Driving Licence
Positive attitude with a professional approach
Strong diagnostic, repair, and servicing capabilities
Commitment to continuous development through manufacturer training
