Our client, a reputable automotive dealership group in Leicester, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop team. - Basic salary of 37,284, with an OTE of approximately 45,240 dependent on performance

- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Conduct diagnostic checks to identify faults and determine necessary repairs
- Complete all workshop documentation accurately and efficiently
- Support warranty and electronic Vehicle Health Check (eVHC) processes
- Accurately complete job cards and digital workshop reports
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
- Work collaboratively within the workshop team to meet productivity targets
- Support the delivery of excellent customer service through technical expertise
- NVQ/IMI Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent garage
- Confidence in using diagnostic equipment
- MOT Tester qualification is advantageous but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Positive attitude with a professional approach
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and servicing capabilities
- Commitment to continuous development through manufacturer training
