Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor at a respected main dealership in Leicester, Leicestershire. • Basic salary of £29,500 with uncapped OTE exceeding £38,000

• Welcome customers and effectively identify their servicing and repair needs
• Book vehicles into the workshop and manage the customer journey from initial contact through to vehicle collection
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Explain required work, prepare quotations, and obtain customer authorisation
• Liaise closely with Workshop Controllers and Vehicle Technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Process service documentation accurately and maintain comprehensive records
• Promote additional products and services where appropriate
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for customers

• Previous main dealer Service Advisor experience is essential
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
• Confident in using dealership computer systems and administrative processes
• Full UK Driving Licence
