We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated Vehicle Technician in Leicester. Benefits:- Basic salary of £37,639 with an OTE of £43,639
- Up to 8% bonus scheme based on performance
- Regular overtime paid at time and a half
- 42.5 hours per week

- Carry out comprehensive servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of light commercial vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults with efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained to high safety and legal standards
- Maintain quality workmanship and adhere to safety protocols
- Support workshop productivity and ensure timely vehicle turnaround
- Assist with hybrid and electric vehicle diagnostics and repairs as required
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- At least 3 years' experience working as a Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Experience on Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) is advantageous but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
