Vehicle Technician

We welcome Vehicle Technicians from all automotive brands who want to step into a premium environment with modern tools, structured training and a clear path to progress – including Diagnostic Technician development.

You'll join a high-performing aftersales team in a well-equipped workshop with 16 ramps and a strong group of 11 experienced Technicians
, including long-standing team members with deep product knowledge who are always happy to support.

You'll have access to OEM training, online learning, development programmes and on-site coaching — giving you everything you need to progress through technical levels and stay ahead of the latest technologies, including EV.

• Carry out complex diagnostic, warranty and repair work to manufacturer standards.
• Complete EV tasks (if qualified) and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve hard-to-find faults.
• Support Apprentice Technicians with guidance and development.

• Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) plus a recognised Diagnostic qualification.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician preferred, though brand-qualified candidates will also be considered.
• Strong teamwork, process discipline and high standards of safety and quality.
• Ambition to progress — ongoing manufacturer training provided, including EV and hybrid accreditation.
