• Generating leads and converting them into long-term client partnerships
• Selling recruitment solutions to logistics businesses across the Midlands and beyond
• Managing and expanding existing client relationships to maximise revenue

• Proven sales background - essential
• Recruitment or logistics experience is an advantage, but not required
• Confident, persuasive communicator with a hunter mentality
