THE ROLE:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be focused on driving new business opportunities across Leicester and surrounding areas.
Your role will involve prospecting, networking, and engaging with local businesses across multiple sectors to promote our industry-leading mobile payment and EPOS solutions. You'll be working closely with business owners and decision-makers in and around Leicester and surrounding areas, identifying opportunities to help them modernise and streamline their payment systems. This is a highly autonomous position, giving you the freedom to manage your own pipeline and territory while being supported by a strong internal team.
You'll have a mix of self-generated leads and pre-booked appointments, typically attending five quality meetings per day.
THE PERSON:
We're looking for a tenacious, target-driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business. You might come from a B2B or B2C sales background, but what really matters is your proactive approach, resilience, and proven track record of exceeding targets. If you're confident engaging with people, motivated by success, and love the thrill of closing deals, this role offers the perfect platform to achieve your ambitions.

THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
Basic: £50,000
Bonus: £50,000+ OTE (uncapped)
