NPD Manager

A multibillion-dollar global food business is searching for a driven NPD Assistant Manager to join their rapidly expanding team in Hertfordshire.

This isn't a box-ticking role. You'll be the engine behind new product launches - owning projects from concept to shelf, managing critical paths, liaising directly with major retailers, and ensuring every product hits the market on time, on brief, and compliant.

• Leading NPD projects end-to-end across multiple categories
• Managing stakeholder relationships (suppliers, customers, internal teams)
• Acting as the key customer contact for your product pipeline
• Ensuring BRC compliance and maintaining rigorous documentation standards
• Supporting commercial presentations to win new business
• Tracking trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to fuel innovation

• 3+ years in NPD (Technologist, Coordinator, or similar)
• A genuine passion for food - you notice what's new on shelf before anyone else does
• Full UK driving licence + willingness to travel (UK & international)
