Overview

A key commercial management role to help grow our client’s business through meeting the sales objective and the efficient management of production and control of costs. This is a highly dynamic company to work for.

• Providing outstanding commercial support function for the company.
• Managing estimating and customer account management.
• Assist in the development of the client manual to maintain accreditation to the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard and ensure adherence to procedures throughout the Commercial Department.
• Workflow and production planning initiatives, quality & business improvement policies.
• Work closely with Client Services & Sales Development to give highest levels of customer support & service.
• Assist as necessary with supply chain management.

• Excellent organisational, problem solving and prioritisation skills.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Commercial awareness in all aspects of print & finishing.
• High level of outsourcing and negotiation skills.
• IT literacy and numeric capability.
• The ability to analyse workflow & understand/assimilate industry based technical processes.
• Ability to be a confident and an assertive individual.
• Technical awareness of our service offering and ability to identify how this can be applied to customer opportunities.
