Commercial Manager – Home Claims

Location:

Leicester, London or Bexhill – all hybrid.

As a Commercial Manager in the Home Claims team, you will deliver the execution of commercial and trading strategy, working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve bold targets and support the transformation into a market‑leading Home Claims function.

• Support delivery of the Home Claims strategy to maximise commercial outcomes.
• Drive data‑led performance improvement opportunities across the organisation, prioritising resources and securing outcomes.
• Manage contractual relationships with external suppliers to achieve commercial and customer outcomes.
• Oversee risk and business continuity, developing strategies to mitigate threats.
• Own the commercial performance of a key component of Home Claims and identify trading performance improvement opportunities.

• Demonstrable experience delivering commercial initiatives within a busy Home Claims environment.
• Strong commercial aptitude combined with analytical capability – able to translate complex data into structured, actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting and influencing senior stakeholders.
