Operations Delivery Executive – Home Claims

Leicester or Bexhill (hybrid)
We’re transforming the way we manage Home Claims, making the process more straightforward for customers and colleagues. Reporting to an Operations Delivery Manager, you will support high‑impact change projects within a busy Home Claims team.
Job Details – Experience Required- Supporting Delivery Managers to implement a portfolio of change projects, translating ideas into credible plans that benefit customers, colleagues and the company.
- Building a supportive group of stakeholders, working creatively to solve challenges in partnership with frontline colleagues, specialists and wider teams.
- Supporting a whole‑systems thinking approach that considers processes across the customer journey and ensures lasting results.
- Ensuring processes are documented and controls are in place to reduce risk of error, with key performance reporting to track project benefits.
- Delivering robust plans to implement each change, ensuring clear outcomes, timelines and embedding them into a busy Claims Operation.
- Coordinating changes across IT systems, processes and customer communications, and supporting the budget process for each project.
- Good knowledge of working with change in a regulated environment such as insurance or financial services (claims/home claims experience is advantageous), and in a matrix organisation.
- Strong proven experience of supporting and delivering multiple projects successfully across operational areas such as IT and processes.
- Genuine drive, motivation and passion for improving work for colleagues and customers.
