This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Market Manager based in Leicester, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The role involves identifying and expanding business opportunities in international markets, building and maintaining relationships with international clients, and conducting market research to identify growth opportunities. The International Market Manager will also develop and execute strategic growth plans, oversee market-specific marketing strategies, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

• Strong business development and market research skills, with experience in identifying and penetrating new international markets.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships and developing market-specific marketing strategies.
• Strategic planning and project management skills to execute business growth initiatives effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, market trends, and cross-cultural communication is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• Fluency in additional languages and prior experience in sustainable manufacturing industries are advantageous.
