The Technical Team at Pavilion Dance is responsible for the day‑to‑day running of all technical requirements of a busy and varied programme including professional & amateur performances, workshops, masterclasses, conferences, and film screenings. This is a hands‑on role providing the opportunity to learn alongside the small team providing high‑quality technical operation of the venue, and excellent technical support to visiting artists and clients hiring spaces within Pavilion Dance, whilst working within health & safety regulations.
Frontof House & Venue Assistant (part‑time permanent and casual roles available) Pavilion Dance South West
Salary: £15,774 per year, pro rata (22.5 hrs per week)
This frontline customer role is part of the Venue team responsible for providing a warm welcome to artists, creatives, all visitors, and staff. You will be a core part of the team that keeps our building services and events running. Salary £15,774 per year. Part time – average 22.5 hours per week, on an annualised basis. 15 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
Casual workers also sought – freelance zero hours contract, £15.10/hour. The post will be based at our lovely venue in Bournemouth.
