Transformation Manager – Claims

As our Transformation Manager working across Home Claims, you’ll be a strategic change leader, driving end to end transformation that delivers real impact faster, smarter and sustainably.

Combining commercial acumen, digital and technical fluency, journey design and agile delivery, you’ll lead cross functional teams, turning strategy into action and embedding lasting change across Hastings Direct.

• Proven experience in delivering operational transformation, process improvements or change initiatives within insurance (financial services or similarly regulated environments also considered, with home claims experience being highly advantageous!)
• Proven experience in scoping and delivering large technology enabled/digital and commercial programmes of work end to end, influencing senior stakeholders
• Background in portfolio shaping including prioritisation, sequencing and linking strategic big bets to actionable delivery plans
• Demonstrable experience in building and presenting business cases independently with clear benefits and ROI modelling
• Experience in leading and delivering multiple types of transformation plans aligned to strategic priorities

Demonstrates expertise in operational transformation and change management within the insurance sector, with a strong focus on delivering technology-enabled programs and building business cases that highlight ROI. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
