Bidrecruitment is seeking a Bid Manager for a hybrid role based in Leamington Spa within a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy. This is the first dedicated bid position, offering an opportunity to shape the function and contribute to business growth.
You will own end-to-end bids, coordinating input from surveyors and directors to produce compelling, compliant responses. InDesign experience and public-sector/framework bidding expertise are essential.
