Morson is recruiting for an Organisational Change Coordinator to work on an onshore Oil & Gas transition programme. The role focuses on planning, governance and effective communication of change initiatives across multiple business functions and project teams.
You will support MoC processes, maintain registers and assist with transition readiness activities, ensuring changes are delivered on time with strong reporting and governance. Hybrid on-site with 4 days, 1 day home.
