Experteer Overview In this role you drive operational improvements across warehouse and transport, partnering with regional and site leadership to deliver measurable gains in quality, cost, service, and safety. You'll shape improvement strategies, coordinate cross-functional work streams, and coach teams through change, ensuring benefits are realized and sustained. The position supports a culture of continuous improvement and best practices, contributing to performance across multiple sites.

This is a hands-on role with a focus on delivering tangible impact and cross-department collaboration. Pay / Benefits

Key responsibilities and benefits
  • Coordinate with site senior leadership to identify improvement opportunities across operations.
  • Define and deliver improvement initiative objectives and timelines with regional leadership.
  • Develop and communicate operational improvement proposals, considering cost-benefit and complexity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to refine proposals.
  • Ensure sites maintain traction on regional improvement projects.
  • Quantify and validate savings with Finance.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of performance trends to support improvements.
  • Support implementation with coaching and IT/business central input.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned across the GB business.
  • Conduct audits to identify improvement opportunities against minimum standards.
  • Apply Project Management and LEAN methodologies to drive delivery.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to secure buy-in from site GMs and RC managers.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with experience applying tools (5S, 7 Wastes, TPM, Quality tools, FMEA, DMAIC).
  • Proven track record of managing change in warehouse/transport operations.
  • Ability to prioritise initiatives and stay focused.
  • Flexibility to contribute across diverse operation areas.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management.
  • Strong warehousing/transport operations background.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, aaa.
  • Literate in warehouse/transport management systems.
  • Problem-solving and cross-functional networking skills.
