With a strong reputation for quality, collaboration, and professional delivery, the business continues to expand and is now looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Building Surveyor to support its ongoing workload.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor seeking a varied role with strong project exposure and long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities – Commercial Building Surveyor

* Deliver commercial building surveying services across a range of projects, including refurbishment, maintenance, and new-build works

* Undertake building surveys, condition surveys, and dilapidations

* Prepare specifications, schedules of works, and technical reports

* Manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, programme, and cost control

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure effective project delivery

* Provide professional advice on building defects, compliance, and maintenance strategies

* Ensure works comply with building regulations, health & safety, and industry standards

Requirements – Commercial Building Surveyor

* Experience working as a Building Surveyor within a commercial or construction environment

* Background in commercial property, refurbishment, or project-led surveying

* Strong technical knowledge of building construction, defects, and compliance

* Ability to manage projects and workloads independently

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* MRICS or working towards chartership is desirable but not essential
