I have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a reputable, dynamic company that specialise in providing high quality apartments, houses and commercial projects in London and the Home Counties.

The company have been around since the 1990’s, carrying out projects including new build residential, residential refurbishments, as well as refurbishment and conversions of commercial properties, up to £20m in value.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager that has experience working for a reputable Main Contractor, ideally with experience of new build residential, residential refurbishments as well as refurbishing / converting conversion buildings.

Assistant Site Manager:

• Ideally Degree qualified
• Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on new build residential, residential refurbishments and refurbishment / conversions of commercial properties
• Familiar with Traditional Build and RC Frame Apartments
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
