Your new role
As the lead Estimator you will be working as part of the fit out team and will be supporting on projects ranging between £50K - £3M, consisting mainly of existing buildings requiring a full refurb into the modern world.
What you'll need to succeed- Demonstrate previous estimating experience for minimum of 3 years
- Has dealt with Fit Out projects
- Show evidence of working on high end/quality projects
- Highly organised
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Provide a hands-on approach
You will receive a salary of up to £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experince + package including healthcare & pension
