Senior Quantity Surveyor — London | Construction Consultancy | Competitive Salary + Benefits

I am working exclusively with a highly regarded, medium-sized construction consultancy based in London, who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

This consultancy has built an excellent reputation in the market, delivering projects across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, hospitality, and PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation). Their collaborative culture, diverse project portfolio, and strong client base make this a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS who is seeking a long-term career move.

• Managing cost consultancy services across multiple projects to ensure delivery is on time and within budget
• Involvement from early feasibility through to final accounts
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and contributing to business success
• Providing full pre- and post-contract cost management services
• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
• Managing contracts, valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Leading client meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development
• Collaborating with project teams to achieve successful outcomes

• MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership)
• Proven track record delivering projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and/or PBSA sectors
• Strong knowledge of UK construction contracts and procurement methods
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Motivated, professional, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
